Means the Dendreon Patents and other Technology that is Controlled by Dendreon and which is appurtenant to Dendreon's antigen activated dendritic cell product for the treatment of Her-2 positive tumors (APC8024), Dendreon's Investigational New Drug application for APC8024, and dendritic cell antigen engineering technology and know-how, cell separation technology, related materials and know-how specifically germane to the treatment of Her-2 positive tumors.
