DEPENDABLE MAXIMUM NET CAPABILITY TEST
DEPENDABLE MAXIMUM NET CAPABILITY TEST. (DMNC Test) shall mean a test performed in accordance with and as defined in Section 2.40 of the NYISO Services Tariff, as amended or superseded from time to time.
