Deployed Products

Deployed Products. Means Products being tested, implemented or utilized by Converge, as of the date on which the Product Term ends, on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the maintenance, enhancement and operation of any Converge Marketplace, but excluding any Vert-Owned Deliverables.
