Depomed Physician List. The list of Prescribers to whom, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Depomed Sales Force conducts Calls, as such list may be amended from time to time either (i) by mutual agreement of Esprit and Depomed, or (ii) otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.
