Deposit Account

Deposit Account. An account maintained at the Bank into which deposits may be made.

Deposit Account. Means the non-interest bearing demand deposit account that Borrower has opened with Depository in the name of ONE UP INNOVATIONS, INC. designated as Account Number 15XXXXXX47 together with all replacements, substitutions, increases and decreases of such account and all items from time to time on deposit therein.

All of the following, now owned and hereafter acquired by Borrower: all 'deposit accounts' as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all general and special bank accounts, demand accounts, checking accounts, savings accounts and certificates of deposit.
