Deposit Accounts

Deposit Accounts. All "deposit accounts" as such term is defined in the UCC, now or hereafter held in the name of any Grantor

Deposit Accounts. All present and future deposit accounts as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all general and special bank accounts, demand accounts, checking accounts, savings accounts and certificates of deposit

Deposit Accounts. Has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof.

Deposit Accounts. Defined in the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC")

Deposit Accounts. Means, collectively, with respect to each Grantor, (i) all "deposit accounts" as such term is defined in the UCC and all accounts and sub-accounts relating to any of the foregoing accounts, and (ii) all cash, funds, checks, notes and instruments from time to time on deposit in any of the accounts or sub-accounts described in clause (i) of this definition.

Deposit Accounts. Means any "deposit accounts," as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor or in which Grantor now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.

Deposit Accounts. All Deposit Accounts at that term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC
