Deposit

Deposit. Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) (the "Initial Deposit") together with any increase to the same if Buyer deposits the additional sums of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($250,000.00) ("First Extension Deposit") and Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($250,000.00) ("Second Extension Deposit") with Escrow Holder pursuant to and subject to the terms of Section 2, Section 4, and Section 8.

Deposit. One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000.00) (the "Deposit").

Deposit. Collectively refer to the Initial Deposit and Second Deposit. The Deposit shall be applicable to the Purchase Price upon the Closing.

Deposit. A deposit, to be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent upon the execution hereof, in the amount of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, plus all interest earned thereon

Deposit. The $25,000 deposit funded by Buyer within two business days of executing Agreement.

Deposit. Not used; there is no deposit; Prepaid Rent Not used; there is no Prepaid Rent.

Deposit. A Initial Escrow Deposit in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 ($200,000.00) U.S. Dollars, plus if this Agreement is not terminated prior to the end of the Inspection Period, an additional deposit of $100,000.00 (together any interest earned thereon).

Deposit. Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($500,000.00) (the "Deposit") that Buyer deposits with Escrow Holder pursuant to and subject to the terms of Section 2, Section 4, and Section 8.
