Deposit

Deposit. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

Deposit. A deposit, to be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent upon the execution hereof, in the amount of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, plus all interest earned thereon

Deposit. Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) (the "Initial Deposit") together with any increase to the same if Buyer deposits the additional sums of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($250,000.00) ("First Extension Deposit") and Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($250,000.00) ("Second Extension Deposit") with Escrow Holder pursuant to and subject to the terms of Section 2, Section 4, and Section 8.

Deposit. One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000.00) (the "Deposit").

Deposit. Means the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ------- ($100,000), and if posted, the Additional Deposit and the Final Deposit. The terms "Additional Deposit" and "Final Deposit" are defined in Section 3.1.1 hereof.

Deposit. Has the meaning set out in subsection 2.2.1.1.1

Deposit. Shall mean all deposits, down payments, escrows and earnest money, together with interest accrued thereon and Purchase Price paid pursuant to a Purchase Agreement.

Deposit. Shall mean an aggregate deposit in an amount equal to $500,000 to be delivered by Icon as set forth in Section 7 of this Agreement.
