Depositary Receipts
Depositary Receipts. Means depositary receipts (‘certificaten van aandelen') of shares in the capital of the Company, par value €0.01 per Depositary Receipt, issued without cooperation of the company as referred to in article 2:227 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code, which shares in the capital of the Company, par value €0.07 per share are held by the Dutch Foundation Stichting Administratiekantoor Tornier.
