Deposits

Deposits. Means the amount of $525,000 previously deposited with Netrix by CSI, plus the amounts referred to in Section 2.8 totalling, in aggregate, $675,000, and all interest accrued thereon.

Deposits. Means the deposits of the undersigned with the Bank or with any other Intermediary (whether or not held in trust, or in any custody, subcustody, safekeeping, investment management accounts, or other accounts of the undersigned with the Bank or any other Intermediary).

Deposits. Refers collectively to any and all deposits (whether general or special, time or demand, provisional or fmal) at any time held and any other indebtedness at any time owing by Issuer or its affiliates to or for the credit or the account of Applicant.
