Derivative Securities

Derivative Securities. Means any securities or rights convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for (in each case, directly or indirectly), Common Stock, including options and warrants.

Derivative Securities. Means rights, options or warrants under which the holders thereof are entitled to subscribe for or purchase Common Stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock.
