Derived Information. Such information, if any, in the Term Sheet that is not contained in either (i) the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or Final Prospectus or amendments or supplements thereto, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from the Term Sheet) or (ii) any Pool Information.
