Example Definitions of "Derived Product"
Derived Product. Shall mean any pharmaceutical or biologic product for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease or other condition in humans or animals that (a) is Covered by any WCM Patent Rights and/or Joint Patent Rights and/or (b) was discovered, characterized, optimized or developed, in whole or in part at any stage of development, through the use of Derived IP.
