Derived

Derived. Shall mean obtained, developed, created, tested, identified, discovered, synthesized, designed, derived or resulting from, based upon or otherwise generated (whether directly or indirectly, or in whole or in part), and anything so derived shall be referred to herein as "DERIVATIVES."
