Design Service Partner

Design Service Partner. Means a third party partner of LSI, pursuant to an existing design partner program at LSI, that is one of the parties identified on Exhibit E, which may be revised from time-to-time as permitted in Section 9.1, and performs design service work toward a Completed Design either independently or in conjunction with LSI for a third party and not on its own behalf or on behalf of LSI.
