Design

Design. Means the Design as displayed in the image of the Product attached hereto as Schedule B and in any subsequent writing that is signed by duly authorized representatives of the Parties. Design. Any design for an article or part of an article created, originated or developed by you alone or with others during the term of your Employment protected under Section 213 of the Copyright Design and Patent Act 1988 and/or which is capable of protection as a registered design:

Design. Means the functional design of the Devices developed after the Effective Date.
