Example Definitions of "Designated Beneficiary"
Designated Beneficiary. The person(s) named by a Director pursuant to the Plan to receive amounts that are owed to the Director under the Plan at the time of his death
Designated Beneficiary. Means the beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by Grantee in a writing filed with the Company in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Designated Beneficiary. Employee may designate a beneficiary on a form supplied by the Employer (attached hereto as Exhibit A) and, may change or revoke that designation by filing written notice with the Employer. In the absence of a designation, Employee will be deemed to have designated the following beneficiaries (if then living) in the following order: (1) his or her spouse, (2) his or her children in equal shares, and (3) his or her estate.
Designated Beneficiary. The individual(s) and/or trust that a Participant specifically identifies, in a notarized writing delivered to the Administrator, as the successor(s) to the Participant's rights under this Plan.
