Designated Company. A Designated Affiliate or Designated Related Entity.
Designated Company. Any Related Corporation selected by the Committee as participating in the Plan
Designated Company. Means one of the twelve (12) companies (or segments thereof) on Exhibit C hereto (and any Subsidiaries and successors thereof). The Company may at any time change the companies that are Designated Companies so long as there are no more than twelve (12), the Companies are competitors of the Company and Executive is notified of the change in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to termination of his employment with the Company.
Designated Company. Any Subsidiary that has been designated by the Administrator from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan. As of the Effective Date, the Company and FirstBank are Designated Companies
Designated Company. Any Subsidiary or Affiliate that has been designated by the Board to participate in the Plan.
Designated Company. The Company and/or any present or future Subsidiary (as defined below), in each case, that has been designated by the Board to participate in the Plan.
