DESIGNATED COMPUTER
DESIGNATED COMPUTER. The term "Designated Computer" shall mean the computer system owned by, or leased exclusively to, Licensee and operated by Licensee at Licensee's premises, designated on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
