Designated GS Entity

Designated GS Entity. Means one Affiliate of the GS Investors designated in writing by the GS Investors to the Company, which may be changed by the GS Investors from time to time by notice in writing to the Company. In the asbence of any such notification, GS Capital Partners VI Parallel, L.P. shall be deemed to be the Designated GS Entity.
