Designated Hedge Document. Means (i) each Designated Hedge Agreement to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is now or may hereafter become a party, and (ii) each confirmation, transaction statement or other document executed and delivered in connection therewith to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is now or may hereafter become a party.
