Designated Location. An office to be established by the Company in the greater Philadelphia area at a location reasonably acceptable to the Company and the Executive.
Designated Location. Any of, and "Designated Locations" means two or more or all of, the tire and/or rubber products manufacturing facilities of the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries at the following locations: Akron (Plant 2), Ohio: Gadsden, Alabama; St. Marys, Ohio; Lincoln, Nebraska; Topeka, Kansas; Danville, Virginia; Marysville, Ohio; Union City, Tennessee; Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; Fayetteville, North Carolina; Freeport, Illinois; Tyler, Texas; Buffalo, New York; and Huntsville, Alabama.
