Designated Manufacturing Facility
Designated Manufacturing Facility. Means a manufacturing facility or facilities which is designated by SCEA in its sole discretion to manufacture Licensed Products and/or their component parts, which may include manufacturing facilities owned and operated by affiliated companies of SCEA.
