DESIGNATED NUMBER. Means 134,245,006, as appropriately adjusted, if necessary (and without duplication of any other such adjustment), for any subdivision, split or combination of, or conversion in a merger, reclassification or other similar transaction of the AOLTW Common Stock that is effected after the Closing Date and prior to the conversion on the Conversion Date.
