Example Definitions of "Designated Officer"
Designated Officer. A Covered Employee who is an officer of the Bank identified in Appendix A to the Plan.
Designated Officer. Means the officer designated by the CEO in writing to Executive from time to time.
Designated Officer. Means a Covered Employee who is an officer of the Bank with a title of assistant vice president or higher that does not have an employment, change in control or other agreement that provides a severance benefit.
