Designated ParentSubsidiary
Designated ParentSubsidiary. Shall mean any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company that has been designated by the Board from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan, which may include corporations that become a Parent or Subsidiary of the Company after the adoption of the Plan.
