DESIGNATED REPORTING PERSON

DESIGNATED REPORTING PERSON. Means those persons chosen by Client to coordinate the assessment and reporting of Pollution Conditions discovered on or associated with the Sites. In the event that no Designated Reporting Person is identified by Client and/or New Owner(s), TRC shall assume that the Designated Reporting Person is the Corporate Director of Environmental Control for Tecumseh Products Company.
