Designated Representative

Designated Representative. Means, in the case of the Indebtedness under the Indenture, the Trustee (as defined in the Indenture) and, in the case of any other Designated Senior Indebtedness, the trustee, agent or other representative of the holders thereof.

Designated Representative. Means the person or office designated by the Committee as being responsible for routine, day-to-day Plan administration matters and, in the absence of a contrary designation, shall be the Director of Human Resources & Administration and that person's designees.
