Determination Time

Determination Time. 12:00 noon (or any later time determined by the Bank in its sole discretion), New York City time, of a Working Day that is three Working Days prior to the date of the Loan.

Determination Time. Shall mean the close of business on: (a) August 31, 2000 if the Closing Date is the date specified in Section 3(a) or (b) of this agreement; (b) September 30, 2000 if the Closing Date is the date specified in Section 3(c) or (d) of this agreement and (c) October 31, 2000 if the Closing Date is the date specified in Section 3(e) of this agreement.
