Development Cost

Development Cost. Means all documented direct and indirect, internal as well as external Development (as defined above in the definition "n" above) costs and related reasonable overhead allocation, including but not limited to out-of-pocket expenses, incurred, and expenditures made, by Parent, Arius, or any Affiliate of either of the foregoing, anywhere in the world with respect to the Royalty Product.
