Development Designated Funds

Development Designated Funds. Or "Development Designated Funding" shall represent those portions of Invested Funds or of Invested Funding which Acquisition Corp shall not, nor be required to, expend herein except for the sole purposes of: (a) purchasing the Hebron Premises, (b) making the Option Advances, and (c) paying the Project Expenses.
