Development Fee

Development Fee. A fee for the packaging of a Real Estate Asset, including the negotiation and approval of plans, and any undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and financing for a specific property, either initially or at a later date.

Development Fee. - - a fee equal to the sum of ten percent (10%) of the Franchise Fee for each Restaurant to be developed pursuant to the Development Schedule.

Development Fee. A fee equal to the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the Initial Franchise Fee ($30,000) for the first Restaurant to be developed under the Development Schedule, plus twenty percent (20%) of the Initial Franchise Fee for each additional Restaurant ($20,000) required to be developed thereafter pursuant to the Development Schedule.
