Development Period

Example Definitions of "Development Period"
Development Period. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the five (5) year anniversary of the Effective Date, and (b) the date on which DuPont receives a written notice from Bioamber indicating that the Development Period has ended and Bioamber's right of termination pursuant to Section 6.2 has terminated, provided that in no event shall the Development Period end prior to the Delayed Rights Date.
Development Period. Means the period of time during which the Parties perform Development Work. The Development Period shall begin on the Effective Date.
Development Period. The period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending upon the earlier of (a) a Change of Control or Public Offering of Inari and (b) the date that is six (6) months following the expiration or earlier termination of the Services Agreement.
