Development Schedule

Development Schedule. Means the schedule for the development and implementation of the Co-Branded Pages, which schedule will be added to this Agreement as Exhibit A (Development Schedule) in a form and at a time to be mutually agreed by the parties, but in no event later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Development Schedule. Means the schedule setting forth a description for the performance of the parties' respective obligations under this Agreement with respect to the development of the Devices, to be agreed to by the parties in accordance with Section 2.2.

Development Schedule. - the schedule pursuant to which Developer shall develop Restaurants in the Territory (see Section 3.A).

Development Schedule. The schedule of Deliverables and timetable set forth in Exhibit B for the development of the Combined Product.

Development Schedule. Means the schedule of delivery milestones set forth in Exhibit "A," to be attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as may be amended from time to time upon the mutual written agreement of the Parties hereto.

Development Schedule. Means the development schedule for the Product as set forth in Exhibit B.

Development Schedule. The mutually agreed upon plan for the Manufacture of the Product, attached as an annex to the applicable Statement of Work and incorporated herein by reference.
