Dex Marks

Dex Marks. Shall have the meaning specified in the IP Contribution Agreement; provided that Dex Marks shall also include any trademarks, service marks and tradenames that constitute Additional IP, and that were transferred to Dex Media at Second Closing. The Dex Marks are set forth in Exhibit B.
