Dex Patents

Dex Patents. Shall have the meaning specified in the IP Contribution Agreement; provided that Dex Patents shall also include any patents and patent applications that constitute Additional IP, and that were transferred to Dex Media at Second Closing. The Dex Patents are set forth in Exhibit C.
