DIAGNOSTIC LICENSE

DIAGNOSTIC LICENSE. An exclusive license to COMPANY for PATENT RIGHTS for use (i) in the diagnosis and/or prognosis of cancer, and/or (ii) for the medical management of cancer, including without limitation the determination (whether by selection or exclusion) of a particular intervention for the prevention and/or treatment of cancer, in humans, including without limitation the use of specific reagents, kits or diagnostic devices.
