Diagnostic Product

Example Definitions of "Diagnostic Product"
Diagnostic Product. Shall mean any composition of matter used for the diagnosis of a disease or condition, including but not limited to, the diagnosis of disease susceptibility, or a choice of treatment or monitoring of a disease or condition, or the determination of genetic traits where such composition of matter is a component of a Validated Target-Peptide Pair or was identified by or on behalf of Rigel or Janssen in a Janssen Collaboration Assay and/or a Janssen Non-Collaboration Assay.
Diagnostic Product. Shall mean any product, other than a database, that (a) is used in (i) ***, (ii) the *** of a method of prevention or treatment of any disease, state or condition, and/or (iii) the ***; and (b) *** relating to any of the foregoing is described in a Valid Claim of a Deltagen Patent Right.
Diagnostic Product. Means any product which is used in the diagnosis and monitoring of any disease, state, trait or condition in humans, and which contains a product that (x) was directly developed from the practice of any process or method within the Licensed Technology or (y) incorporates a composition of matter claimed within the Licensed Technology, and (z) is covered by one or more Valid Claims.
Diagnostic Product. Means a LICENSED MONOBODY suitable or intended for USE in the diagnosis of a disease condition or of protein profiles of cells from biological sources.
Diagnostic Product. Means a microarray based test for identification and monitoring of disease as more fully described in Exhibit A as supplemented from time to time to add Diagnostic Product for a specific disease state.
