Diagnostic Products

Diagnostic Products. Shall mean any product that uses cells, proteins, or small molecules developed with technologies [**] or in the performance of the Research Program (or developed 2 Curis-Aegera License and Collaboration (Execution Copy) from work done by AEGERA or McGill which has been funded by CURIS under this Agreement) that are intended for diagnosis of disorders or diseases of any tissue or organ of the body.

Diagnostic Products. Products that contain a Collaboration Antibody for the diagnosis or prognosis of any human disease. For purposes of this Agreement, two products that satisfy the foregoing definition of Diagnostic Product will be deemed to be different Diagnostic Products if they contain different Collaboration Antibodies.

Diagnostic Products. Those diagnostic products manufactured by or on behalf of Shantha and listed on Exhibit A, as amended from time to time

Diagnostic Products. Shall mean any commercially available testing kit or service able to detect the Diagnostic Content as set forth in Appendix 1.
