DIP FINANCING FACILITY
DIP FINANCING FACILITY. Means the debtor-in-possession credit facility, as amended, with Bank of America (the "Agent"), as Agent for itself and the other DIP Lenders which was originally approved by the Bankruptcy Court on a final basis pursuant to an order dated March 19, 2002.
