DIP Note

DIP Note. Means that certain Debtor in Possession Secured Multi-Draw Term Promissory Note, entered into as of August 8, 2024, by and among DRFL, as borrower, DRFLLC as guarantor, and the DIP Lender, as approved by the DIP Orders, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B to the Settlement and Release Agreement.
