Example Definitions of "DIP Term Sheet"
DIP Term Sheet. Means the term sheet describing the terms of the DIP facility, which shall be acceptable in form and substance to the Company, the Supporting Noteholder, DIP Lender, and DIP Agent, each in its respective sole discretion (and which they shall use commercially reasonable efforts to finalize and attach as an exhibit to this Agreement on or before June 5, 2020 or otherwise as soon as practicable).
