Direct Community Offering

Direct Community Offering. The term "Direct Community Offering" means the offering for sale directly by the Holding Company of Conversion Stock to the Local Community as 4 provided in Section 6 of the Plan, with preference given to natural persons residing in the Local Community, then to natural persons residing elsewhere in the State of Connecticut, and then to the public at large.
