DIRECT KAAC COST FUNDINGS

DIRECT KAAC COST FUNDINGS. Means all US dollars advanced (or exchanged into Australian dollars and advanced) by KACC to KAAC and US dollars paid by KACC on behalf of KAAC during the period from July 1, 2004 through the QAL Closing related to payment of miscellaneous direct costs of KAAC, but excluding any items covered in Sections 7.5 and 7.8, paid strictly in accordance with past practices.
