DIRECT SOURCING ADDENDUM. Or "DSA means an attachment hereto which, if executed between Solutions Provider and VERITAS, sets forth the terms under which Solutions Provider shall exclusively order and obtain Products, Professional Services and Support for distribution to End Users.
