Direction to Execute. SECTION 6.6. Direction to Execute. The Lenders hereby authorize and direct the Trustee, the Bank and the Collateral Custodian to execute this Amendment and acknowledge and agree that the Trustee, the Bank and the Collateral Custodian shall be entitled to all of their rights, benefits, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the Loan and Servicing Agreement.
