Directly Competitive

Directly Competitive. Means a product that would reasonably be -------------------- considered by a customer as an alternative to, or a substitute or replacement for, a Lantronix Existing Product. Minor changes in features or functionality shall not be sufficient to overcome a classification as a directly competitive product.

Directly Competitive. Shall mean any activities, services or products in the same line of business or of similar character or type as the Company Business.
