Director Securities. Means, collectively, all Option Shares issued with respect to the Option. Director Securities will continue to be Director Securities in the hands of any holder other than the Director (except for the Company and except for transferees in a Public Sale), and except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of Director Securities will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to the Director as a holder of Director Securities hereunder.
