Director Units

Director Units. The Director Incentive Units and the Director Investment Units. Unless otherwise provided herein, except in connection with an Approved Sale or a Public Sale, Director Units will continue to be Director Units in the hands of any holder of Director Units (except for the Company), and each transferee thereof will succeed to the rights and obligations of a holder of Director Units hereunder.
