Director. A member of the Board who is an Employee
Director. Any non-employee member of the Board, but solely in his or her capacity as such a member of the Board
Director. A member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, the Holding Company, the Mid-Tier Holding Company or the Mutual Holding Company, as appropriate in the context.
Director. A member of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Bank, or any affiliate of the Bank or the Company
