Director's Fees

Director's Fees. Means all of the compensation to which a Director would otherwise become entitled for services to be rendered as a Director, but excluding any compensation to which such person is entitled to receive in his capacity, if any, as an employee of Mid-Wisconsin or any Subsidiary.

Director's Fees. Director's Fees. The cash amount payable to a Participant by the Company as fees for services rendered as a director of the Company.

Director's Fees. Director's Fees. Director's Fees do not include awards granted to a Participant under The Clorox Company 2005 Stock Incentive Plan (or any successor stock incentive plan approved by the stockholders of the Company)
